Meet the Coach

I was simply not happy.

I finally had to admit it. Even though I was grateful for my long and successful career in the corporate world, with all the money, glamour, and excitement,  it all felt like a lie. I yearned for a more authentic, honest life.

I'm an exuberant woman, not giving to thinking small. I'm passionately creative, resourceful and highly intuitive. My dream was to be a spiritual activist, inspiring others. This was not a good fit for the life I was living.

How could I make the transition from the corporate world to such an unattainable "dream life?" After a period of relentless self-examination , and numerous false starts, the door began to open. I took ownership of my life, threw out self-doubt and accepted that my dream was my life. I began to live it. The gate was now wide open.

My name is Pamela Leech, professional certified coach and founder of the Coaching Center of Reston.

Today, my life is inspired and joyful through doing what I love: being a professional partner to men and women who want to take back possession of their lives and move forward.

My professional training and credentialing as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) was completed at The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation. It wasn't easy: earning this credential involves more than 125 hours of training and classroom work and completion of 750 hours of client coaching.

My coaching protocol includes many tools and skills covering eleven core competencies, laced with a keynote competency in the art of inquiry.

I believe that within each person, including you, is all the wisdom and innate skill needed to create a fulfilling, authentic life. My wish is to help to you to find and believe in that personal inner knowledge.
