As babies, we know instinctively what’s right for us. Growing up, we are trained to distrust that inner voice. We learn to seek the approval of others, strive to make them happy and try to live up to "the others" expectation of us. We turn ourselves inside out to be “good” people, to make the “right” decisions, to be “successful.” We work so hard to do the million things we believe we should do. But truth be told, we know there is something false about all this.

Time passes and our inner voice grows faint. But, make no mistake, it does not leave us. The good news? Reconnecting to that voice can define an incredibly potent new notion of self-trust and personal power.
